Hello,

I have a question regarding global OB coding for Ohio UHC Commercial. If a patient is seen by the same provider/ group for antepartum, delivery and postpartum care, would you still bill the global code if the patient delivered vaginally at 35 weeks and only had 9 antepartum visits and not the typical 13? Or would you bill 59426 (9 visits) and then 59410? I think I'm getting hung up on the typical 13 visit notation. Thank you!
