When an ultrasound is done of the spleen and the liver do I just use the 76705 once with a 50 modifier or 76705 LT 76705 RT or 76705 and 76705-59???
I work at a free standing facility I am not sure if that makes a difference

Thank you

All you will bill is the 76705 as a limited ultrasound because you don't have all the organs to bill a complete US. You don't need any modifiers.
