Is there a CPT code for Ultrasonographic guided puncture or is this considered as part of the procedures being done?

I have different procedures so the puncture site varies, (i.e femoral artery, popliteal vein, etc.)

All help is greatly appreciated.
 
You may use 76937, but the images must be archived in the patient's medical record and patency of the vessel(s) must be documented. Hope this helps.
 
Almost forgot...you will need to review CPT for parenthetical info because there are codes that 76937 cannot be billed with.
