Wiki Ultrasound, 26 & TC modifier

Our office purchased an ultrasound machine, and supplies and hired an ultrasound technician. We perform the scans in the office however an independent radiologist works remotely from his office and provides us with the interpretation. He doesn't bill the insurance but he bills us per scan.

With that being said, can we use 26 and TC modifiers?

If so, how do we use that modifier if we normally bill the following codes?

our office does the same thing we do the scans in the office and an outside company interprets and sends them back. We only bill with a TC as we are only doing the Technical component and not the actual reading.
