Hello,
our vascular office performs ultrasound in house. POS 11- they are considering bringing on a 1099 Radiologist to do the reading of the ultrasounds. how do we bill? Global under practice NPI?

If you're going to be billing for the radiologist as if they were your employed provider (you'll have to credential them under your NPI), then you'd bill globally. If they are going to be doing their own billing, then you'd report just the -TC.
