Hi all,

Could someone confirm and/or provide resources that state an order is needed to perform ultrasounds, complete/limited cpt 76881& 76882, like we do for xrays and DME's?

Hi! Yes, an order is required. Additionally, images must be saved in order to bill out the services. I know this because our compliance department has verified this information for our clinic.
