Ultrasound for Incomplete SAB

Hello,

I am looking for some help. What is the appropriate ultrasound code to use when a patient has a positive urine B-hCG yet the U/S shows no IUP. Would you code with 76830 and 634.91 or 76817 and 634.91, V72.42.

Any help is much appreciated.
