What is the most appropraite wa yo to report an ultrasound performed on a soft tissue mass? Should it be reported as an Ultrasound of "X" body part where the mass is located or should it be reported as a an unspecified? For example soft tissue chest wall bump was evaluated reported as a US of thorax since that is where the mass was located? TIA!!!
