ultrasound in postpartum period

A patient comes in 5 wks postpartum for increased vaginal bleeding.

OBGYN does a transvaginal US and finds only ovarian cysts. No other explaination for bleeding. Believe it is just onset of Menses.

Would this US be billed as OB or non-OB?
