Is anyone doing in-office ultrasounds? Abdominal, pelvic, Bladder, Renal, trans vag ?? Our physician would like to do the ultrasound in the office, let's say an abdominal. She then wants to send the data to a radiologist and have them prepare their reports/findings and she will pay the radiologist a fee.
We are thinking that we can bill for both the TC and the 26 since we are paying the radiologist for their services and they shouldn't have or need to bill for their services to the ins.
