How would you code this?

Pt comes in for pelvic ultrasound images were attempted but couldn't see anything due to no filling of the bladder. A transvaginal was therefore performed.

Any help with reference would be great there is a debate between a couple of us on how it should be handled.

Some feel that the pelvic should be coded with a 52 or 53 and other feel it should just be coded without any mods.
