I need a CPT code for a repair/closure of an umbilical fistula. The provider went in to remove infected mesh and repair a hernia. When they were in there they spotted the umbilical fistula and took care of it as well. I am having a hard time finding the procedure code for an umbilical fistula and would love some help.
