Good morning everyone. Can someone help me with finding a procedure code for removal of unmbilical granuloma by method of tie off? If there is one?

When it comes to umbilical granuloma our doctors use the cryotherapy not ligature. The only ligature i could find was under skin tags 11200. I'm not sure if that would be correct though. Maybe someone else will respond too :)
 
I would use 11200. This is the correct code to use when using a ligature for extra digits. You are simply removing a benign lesion, so to say....
