Wiki unable to complete colposcopy

hi,

I have a pt who came in for a scheduled colposcopy visit. The provider documented that she was she wasn't able to complete due to unable to visualize the cervix. Had pt make another apt for a different provider in 2weeks.


How would you bill for this?
