Wiki unattended estim and attended estim

Is 97032 (attended estim) and G0283 (unattended estim) a cci edit? In our computer system it is hitting off each other as a cci edit, but when I look it up in encoderpro it is coming up as no cci edit? Also, Could these 2 procedures be billed in the same session at 2 different times to the same area?
 
These 2 codes can only be billed together when performed in two different areas. The real kicker is that 97032 is the code that needs the modifier.
