Wiki Unbundling EKG 93000 with ER services

How would you or what modifier would you use to unbundle the EKG from the ER services. Claim includes 99284 with modifier 25, but I am still getting an error that it needs to be unbundled.

For services performed in an ER, the facility would bill for the tracing (93005) and the clinician would bill for the interpretation (93010). The global charge (93000) would likely not be allowed on either claim. If you are billing for a RHC using Method II billing, each component would paired with different revenue codes.
