Wiki unbundling of OB Pkg-Does anyone have experience

I have a dilemma we have recently brought in a NP to assist our OB/Gyn due to large pt load. But now the question is do we unbundle OB Pkg?
Example:
Dr. sees Pt for 9 visits plus delivery and NP sees pt for 4 visits pt has privet insurance. (not including PP visits)

Dr- 59426 and 59409
NP-59425-AS

Is this correct ? Or do we use 59400 and give a % to the NP. Anyone?

You will need to figure out internally how to distribute. Since its the same practice it doesn't qualify for reporting other than the global code.
