Doctor says "She will be treated as if she has a stress fracture. Cam walker is dispensed." Do I code that as a stress fracture? My brain is tired.
 
Inpatient - code the fracture
Outpatient - code the signs/symptoms and only confirmed dx codes as listed in the chart
