Facility Coding: In order to correctly code CPT 20912 does the graft have to be obtained from some other anatomical area other than the septum if you are also coding 30520. Do you not code 20912 when the donor site of the graft is the septum bone/cartilage when a septoplasty is done? Any one have a resource share?
