Wiki Unequal limb length

If the provider states that the right femur and tibia are longer than the left, is that coded as unequal limb length on the RIGHT leg? Am I over-thinking this? We only know that they are unequal to one another. Really, the left is just as unequal as the right. Hmmm....

The added instructions note states the coding corresponds to the shorter limb.
