Wiki Unilateral vs bilateral OA with unilateral arthroplasty

Hi,

If patient have right hip OA in Post-op dx and Right THA is performed in operative notes but in H&P it is mention as Bilateral Hip OA and it is not of same DOS. Please Help what to be coded in this scenario. it would be a great help if anyone can suggest any article regarding this.
