United Healthcare has started retracting our confirmation of pregnancy visits once the delivery has been billed. The confirm is billed w/ Z32.00 (pregnancy test, result unknown) and they follow up with a dating u/s for viability. Global doesn't start until the following appointment. I have explained all of this to a rep and was told that changes were made as of 4/1/17, I have read all of the bulletins and cannot find anything about this. Has anyone else had this issue? Help!
