Has anyone had issues regarding their contract with United Healthcare? We have several claims where they are paying on the patients claims but they come back and take payment from the provider almost 8 months later stating the patient has not met their deductible and nobody wants to help us resolve this issue. They are also printing the wrong office number on members insurance cards. Nobody wants to help. Does anyone have a point of contact to speak with someone regarding these issues?
