Unlisted Procedure Code???

My Dr. used an unlisted procedure code for this example, but I wondered if anyone has something else in mind..........
"Evidence of a gastric bypass was found. A large gastric pouch was seen. The gatrojejunal anastomosis was characterized by moderate stenosis. A TTS dilator was passed through the scope. Dilationwith a 36 Fr balloon and 39 Fr balloon dilator was successfully performed."

The patient has surgically altered anatomy, and the anastamosis site is the gastric outlet. The stenosis at the gastric outlet is dilated with a TTS balloon. I would code this as CPT 43245.
