When you are billing an Unlisted procedure code for an Orthopedic procedure for the Doctor, if the “mirrored” procedure has a “0 or 1” indicator, would you bill the unlisted procedure for the advanced practice provider that assisted in surgery? And, if there is no procedure to mirror, how would you determine if the assist is billable?
