We have been coming across unna boot for dermatitis documented as: "Zinc oxide with topical steroid applied to area, then wrapped with coban tape. Keep on for one week." Does this documentation support billing 29580 or does it also require documentation of forming a paste with gelatin and/or glycerin? Thank you in advance.
