Can two Unna boots be billed on the same day? If so, do we need to use a modifier 50 or LT and RT?

Yes, you can bill two Unna boots on the same day. You may want to check with the carrier and their requirments for modifier usage. We have some carriers that require 50 and others that want the LT/RT.
