Cannot determine CPT for resuturing...can anyone point me in the right direction?

Unplanned return to OR 1 day status post C/S, BTL, BSO. Exploratory Laparotomy revealed sutures failed.

"This area was doubly suture ligated with #1 chromic with good results."

I have the laparotomy coded with a 78 modifier. What code do I use for the resuture?

Appreciate any help offered!
