Hi everyone,
I recently discovered that we haven't received payments from Medicare Nevada for several claims we submitted about one and two years ago. After investigating, we found that the payments were issued as physical checks, but we never received or deposited them in our bank account.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so, how did you resolve it?
Also, does anyone know who I can contact at Medicare Nevada or Noridian to request the reissuance of payments for those claims? Any advice or guidance on the proper procedures would be greatly appreciated.
