We always use S8110 for peak expiratory flow rate but Humana Medicare has denied this code as "not a recognized code by Medicare advantage plan"

Is A4164 the correct code to use for a Medicare plan?

S codes are non-Medicare codes. What exactly are you trying to bill for. The A code is a supply code.
