The urethral meatus was identified and was located at the penoscrotal junction. It was not manipulated during the operative procedure today. A lacrimal duct probe was placed in the distal urethral remnant. This remnant was approximately 2-3 cm in length and was located distally at the tip of the glans and then proceeded proximally for a distance of about 2-3 cm. A lacrimal duct probe was placed into the urethral remnant and then I cut down on the lacrimal duct probe to unroof the stricture and for it to lay open.

I'm thinking 52281? Any opinion?

Thanks
