I have a note and the patient has RLE cellulitis. I have read everything and the notes do not say what bacterial infection is causing the cellulitis. I need an addition code from B95-B97.

Can someone help? I do not see and unspecified bacterial agent as the cause of diseases classified elsewhere!

Do I use B96.89? Even though it's not actually specified?

Please help! What do I put?
