I have a problem with this topic, if I have a patient who has pressure ulcer stage III and anothe pressure ulcer unstageable, which one i have to code first, I read guidelines and did not found answer about this.

I know it's not as clear cut as like burns where the higher the stage gets coded first. But if you can't stage one ulcer I'd say you don't know the severity and that might be lower than stage three. So I'd go Stage 3 first then unknown. But I'm not sure on this.
