SRNA under supervision of CRNA attempted epidural for OB patient. the SRNA was unsuccessful in the epidural and before the CRNA could place it themself the patient positioned to push and deliverd. Do I code for the epidural attempt as a single unit or for the e/m since the epidural was unsuccessful?
