A patient has a breast sarcoma. The physician is not sure if this is the primary site or metastasis from another site.
How would you code this?

Personally, I would do C50.919/C50.929, unless of course, laterality is known. The book only leads you to neoplasm of malignant breast, as the most unspecified.
