In our office the doctors rely on chart labels for name, address, phone, DOB and insurance info. We seem to be having a problem figuring out the best and most accurate way to update the sibling charts. The patient who is being seen is updated at the front desk at time of visit. We are a very very busy office and the reception desk cannot stop to update other charts that are not in the office to be seen. Any suggestions?
