Catheter is placed in left common femoral and moved to right Radial aArtery then down to right Popliteal artery. Are both of these catheter placements coded since one in arm and other in leg or just the final destination coded?

Thank you!

Just angiogram in arm ath the Radial artery level then catheter was moved down to the leg and angiogram done at Popiteal level. Both catheter placements are coded?

So did you code 36217-RT, 36247-RT,59, 75710-RT,59, and 75710-RT,59. Did the doc have a good dictation of the procedure because there may be a lot of explaining to be done.
HTH,
Jim
