any suggestions.....Upper endoscopy with endoscopic suturing

ESOPHAGUS: The esophagus was well examined and appeared normal.
STOMACH: A Roux -en-Y anastomosis was found. Two ulcers were noted at the gastrojejunal anastomosis. The largest ulcer was
approximately 35 mm in size. The smaller ulcer was 15 mm in size. Using the apollo Xtack suturing system healthy mucosal was
apposed over the small ulcer with successful closure. Closure was not attempted of the larger ulcer.
JEJUNUM: The alimentary jejunum was normal. Retroflexed views revealed no abnormalities
