Wiki Upper EUS aborted due to sedation instability - Help!

Can this scenario be coded and billed?
Patient was scheduled for an upper EUS in an ASC. The endoscope was not inserted and the procedure was aborted due to the patient having a medical instability in reaction to the sedation medication. The patient coughed and developed laryngospasm.
