Would appreciate some expertise on coding this procedure:
Needle placed in common femoral, catheter advanced into ascending arch.
Injection of ascending and transverse arch showed patent right innominate, patent left common carotid, patent proximal takeoff of subclavian
Complete occlusion of (prior placed) stent at the level of axillary artery.
Selected images taken of the left arm arterial vasculature.

I think 36221 nonselective catheter placement thoracic arch is approrpiate but does not seem to address the images of the extremity.
Thanks
