If my doc does an embolization of the right bronchial artery, documented, upper and lower, can I bill 37204 twice? Also, can I bill arteriogram twice (he documented upper arteriogram and lower arteriogram seperately)

Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Embolization is coded per organ, so only one unit of embo code should be used. I could not understand by upper and lower. If it is of same artery and done successively, only one code should be used. If done pre and post embo, for post embo, code 75894 for f/u angio.
