Wiki Uptick in Braces code L0637, L0650 and L0631

Hi All - We have noticed an uptick for following codes L0637, L0650 and L0631. There is 80% increase for L0650 which is available off the shelf and no FFS found for it . Rest two codes are below the margin..... Do you think uptick is due to L0650 standard size and availability. Medical necessity and res t of the requirements looks good to me .I don't find much issues in there.
