What ICD9CM would you use to code Ureaplasma in a woman who is preganant, the op note details Intra amnionic infection, short cervix with ureaplasma revealed following amniocentesis. We have narrowed it down to 646.63 or 658.43 but are unsure which ICD9CM could best fit, anyone that can help would be great!
