Can anyone tell me if ureterolysis is included with a partial nephrectomy?
The ureter has signifigant scarring but the report does not indicate that this is fibrosis.

Ureterolysis is inclusive as would be a lysis of adhesions into intra-abdominal surgeries. Optional could add a modiifer 22 if the physician spent an extraordinary amount of time with the ureterolysis. ;)
