We have recently acquired and will be opening an Urgent Care Facility. One of our physicians (from our family practice office) will be moving to the new location and continue to treat his established patients. Are we allowed to bill POS 11 for these scheduled patients seeing their PCP while billing POS 20 for urgent care walk ins also? Or is our everything based on this clinic being licensed as an urgent facility making all visit a POS 20?

Please help.....I want to know what we are doing before we jump into this.
