I work in a urgent care setting and we need to know if we can charge for the global on a fracture care?

Most of the non-operative fracture care codes are considered "major" procedures carrying a 90-day global period. If you aren't providing 90-days of aftercare, then you probably shouldn't be charging for that service. You may want to go with the E&M with cast/splint applications, if it's being performed.
