If a patient is started on IV infusion in the urgent care and gets transferred to the emergency room, what is used for the stop time for the infusion?
 
infusion stop time

If nothing is documented about the infusion at time of transport then capture an IVP. If there is documentation that the infusion was running at time of transport then capture until nurse documents pt leaves dept.
