I am new to urgent care coding. I want to make sure I am correct in what I am coding.

Procedures: when do you code the e&m code along with a procedure and 25 modifier? when do you only code the procedure itself?

Supplies: How do I get reimbursed for the supplies we are using for services, such as splints, casting, walking boots? Am I allowed to bill for Ace wraps or are those part of the e&m only?

I would also like to see if there are any good resources that gives this type of information I could purchase.

I appreciate any and all information given.
