Is there anyone out there that codes for Urgent Care services - I have some questions. We just opened up one and I am not sure about a couple of things.

Also do any of you know about the codes 92950 and 92951? Of course a vender came in and now we do the monitoring but the doctor wants to charge both the 92950 and 92951 on the day the monitor is removed. The printouts are done but the patient just comes in for the removal of the monitor and does not see the doctor at that time???? I do not have a note from the physician justifying the codes so I am just curious about what another office does?
