Does anyone know what code to use for an Arthroscopic Patellar Lateral Facetectomy? We were going to use the unlisted code, 29999. The Hospital just informed us that code is incorrect. I am not aware of a specific code that would cover this. Any and all help is much appreciated!!
 
I would ask if anything is being done at the same time, and if so what procedure?
If stand alone, probably unlisted.
